He has a keen eye for detail and is committed to delivering projects that meet or exceed project goals, within budget and on time.

With experience as a financial controller with 25 years of accounting experience across small and medium enterprises in the building and construction industry, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her role, managing all aspects of company accounting, management reporting, and compliance. Michelle is highly proficient in various accounting software platforms, enabling her to streamline processes, reduce errors and enhance financial reporting accuracy. She is fastidious in her work, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Her proactive approach to financial management enables her to identify and address issues before they become problems.
